Pancake Slugs (Veronicella sloanii)

Veronicella sloanii (commonly called the pancake slug) is a species of air-breathing land slug. They have flat bodies and eyes that protude from beneath a "helmet". They prefer warmer enclosures as they are a tropical species but do not require a direct heat source as heat mats and lights willdry out the enclosure rather fast.
