Velvet Spiderlings (Gandanameno sp.)

The spiderlings are captive bred from my own collection and are approximately 0.5cm - 1cm. They are feeding well on hydei fruit flies and are currently unsexed.

They are a docile, hardy species who love webbing up everything in their enclosures and need to be kept on the dry side. No humidity is required! A well-ventilated terrestrial enclosure is perfect housing for them and they tend to prefer temperatures between 22°C -28°C. View a care sheet for them here.

They are extremely good hunters of live prey which includes fruit flies, small locusts, mealworms and green bottle flies. Please take a look at photos for pictures of both parents. Every spiderling comes with a free heart-shaped starter enclosure with moss and flower decor. You even get to choose the colour!
